Refund policy

At 2Form Styling, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of grooming and personal care products, we can only accept unopened and unused items for return.

If your product is still sealed and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, contact us at team@2formstyling.com.au with your order number and a photo of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no stress.
